I don't remember. I got all flustered and flummoxed because my washing
machine broke down and I couldn't call anyone for four whole days
(because of Easter holidays).

That's not very likely though, is it? Since they are to act regarding a
complaint related to the national health and safety regulation, they a
most likely to be in the same country at least...
