Suspended as vice chair of a legislative committee in November 2017 
after being accused of groping a political activist during his first 
campaign for a House seat in 2012. Complaint was dismissed Jan. 4, 
2018, apparently because the alleged incident took place before he 
was elected, but Rosenthal was subsequently permanently removed from 
his committee leadership post.
