Alfredo Ramos Quixan, 24, faces two counts of criminal sexual 
conduct, including assault with intent to commit sexual penetration, 
a felony, and fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct (by force of 
coercion), a two-year misdemeanor.

According to the probable cause affidavit filed in support of the 
arrest, Ramos Quixan, who immigrated to the United States from 
Guatemala, had previously been a “minor in the same refugee program 
at Bethany Christian.”

“(The minor) detailed two separate occasions, within the past three 
months, in which Alfredo tried to kiss him, touched his thigh, butt 
and penis over his clothes and requested that (the minor) allow 
(Ramos Quixan) to give him oral sex,” the detective wrote in the 
affidavit.
