Castration doesn't change the DNA, which makes it nothing more than 
genital mutilation... Also known as cosmetic surgery, that was dome by 
the "evil Step Mother Cruella".

Which means that a doctor doing the same thing for any purpose other 
than to improve the health of the child for something like removing 
cancer and NOT as a mental treatment for a delusional child or parent... 
is the only time it's legal for even a Doctor to remove genitalia. To 
remove the parts of a child for cosmetic purposes should and does fall 
under Child abuse if it's for any purpose other than the NATURAL 
physical health of the child.

Off to prison with the sexual mutilation attacker who will need to file 
as a SEXUAL predator for life.

And will hopefully be sued by the child's attorneys so the child can be 
made as close to their normal Natural person as possible like before the 
sexual attack.
