Charges: Chaska wigger couple told sexually abused child she'd go to 'kid jail' if she told anyone

A man and woman from Chaska are facing criminal charges tied to the sexual abuse of a young child, who was allegedly shown pornography and instructed to perform sex acts involving the adult couple. 

Prosecutors in Carver County have charged Tiffany M. Davidson, 33, and Daniel R. McGonigal Jr., 28, in connection with the investigation; both are in custody.

According to criminal charges, the victim told investigators she had touched McGonigal Jr.'s penis on several occasions since Davidson allegedly told her "its kind of like a massage and [McGonigal Jr.] loves it." 

Davidson admitted she had shown the girl pornography and had shown her how to perform sex acts on a penis, charges allege. 

In speaking with investigators, the victim stated that Davidson had shown her a video "to show her what [McGonigal Jr.] wanted [the victim] to do to him," the complaint reads. Davidson also allegedly told the girl that McGonigal Jr. really wants "[the victim] to put his penis in [the victim's] mouth." 

The child also stated Davidson and McGonigal Jr. also told her that they would go to jail, and she and her sibling would go to "kid jail", if she told anyone. 

According to charges, Davidson and McGonigal Jr. both admitted to some of the allegations, including being in bed together naked with the child. McGonigal Jr. also admitted that the child's hand has been on his penis with Davidson's hand over it, the complaint alleges. 

The victim is under 10-years-old.

Davidson and McGonigal Jr. are each charged with one count of 2nd-degree criminal sexual conduct. 

Davidson faces an additional charge related to distributing material that describes sexual conduct to a child.
