A San Bernardino County man was arrested for allegedly possessing over
600 images of child pornography.

The suspect was identified as Jerald Blocker, 34, of Hesperia, according
to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department.

Victor Valley detectives initially received a CyberTip from the National
Center for Missing and Exploited Children about the “online exploitation
of multiple juveniles” from a home on the 11000 block of Sage Street in
Adelanto.

Blocker was later identified as the suspect involved and on March 12,
deputies served a search warrant at Blocker’s new residence on the 14000
block of Mesa Street in Hesperia.

Authorities said he was “found in possession of over 600 images of child
pornography.”

Blocker was arrested for possession of child pornography and possession
of obscene matter with a child under 12.

He was booked at the High Desert Detention Center. No further details,
including the suspect’s booking photo, were released.

Anyone with information about the case is asked to call the Victor
Valley Sheriff’s Station at 760-552-6800 or Sheriff’s Dispatch at
760-956-5001.
