Milton woman arrested on felony charges including child pornography, sexual contact with animal

MILTON, Fla. (WALA) - A Milton woman is facing dozens of felony charges
after the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office say an investigation linked
her to child sexual abuse material and animal sex abuse videos,
according to arrest records.

Vallen Ada Marie Hrabb(Santa Rosa County Jail)
Vallen Ada Marie Hrabb, 24, was arrested March 24, 2026, and booked into
the Santa Rosa County Jail. 

The Investigation
The case began in August 2025 when investigators received a cyber tip
from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). The
tip, submitted by Snapchat, flagged an account linked to child sexual
abuse material (CSAM). 

Investigators say they traced the account — username “x_desertrose” — to
an IP address registered to the Ates Ranch RV Park on Jeff Ates Road in
Milton. A subsequent records check identified Hrabb as the account
holder. Her date of birth, phone number, and driver’s license address
all matched information provided in the tip, according to the report. 

A search warrant for Hrabb’s residence was signed by a judge in January
2026 and executed on Jan. 7, 2026. During the search, investigators say
they seized a laptop and a cell phone. 

What Investigators Found
A forensic analysis of the seized devices, completed in February 2026,
revealed files investigators deemed to be CSAM and animal sex abuse
material, according to the arrest report. 

The arrest report states that during a recorded interview, Hrabb told
investigators she had accessed a pornography website and was later
contacted by individuals on Snapchat and Telegram who sent her
unsolicited material. She allegedly acknowledged saving at least one
image to her Snapchat account. Records say she also admitted to
recording herself engaging in sexual acts with her dog and said she had
sent those videos to others. 

Charges
Hrabb faces the following felony charges:

3 counts — Sexual contact with an animal
20 counts — Film or possess image/video of animal sex activity
2 counts — Possession/viewing of child pornography
1 count — Use of a two-way communication device to facilitate a felony
All charges are third-degree felonies. Hrabb’s bond was set at $2,500
per count. The court also ordered Hrabb to have no contact with minors
and no internet access as conditions of release. 

Her case was bound over to circuit court with a return date of April 23,
2026.
