A non-Hispanic-white driver would have been arrested and charged with 
endangering the children for their not being in proper car seats secured 
by safety belts. Years of harassment of state law enforcement officers 
by the ACLU suing them for alleged racial profiling of Mexicans has led 
to police letting off Mexicans with just a warning despite overwhelming 
evidence of some kind of crime being committed as in the case of Kilmar 
Abrego Garcia.
