Incarceration is capital punishment. Incarcerated people will die young. Incarceration is thus the cruel punishment of death by incarceration. Plus, even a mere conviction, is capital punishment, because it carries lifelong discrimination against employment and housing, which is capital. And stealing someone's country and putting a mark of derogation against them, supposedly by their country, is capital, inflammatory and offensive, because your country begins with you, and only you can be the foundation of your country. Stealing someone's country from them, is thus a very very big deal. Where has their patriotism gone, when you are America? America thus then becomes condemned by a conviction's condemnation.
