Putin is in the fifth year of his second six-year term as President, 7 May 2012 – 7 May 2018 - 7 May 2024. Putin was Prime Minister of Russia, from 7 May 2008 - 7 May 2012, while Dmitry Medvedev was President. Before Medvedev, Putin served eight years, of two four-year terms, as President, from 7 May 2000 – 7 May 2008. Before that, Boris Yeltsin was President for eight years, 10 July 1991 – 31 December 1999. This is not against the Russian Constitution. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_presidents_of_Russia Joe Biden's going to stand up to Putin? Why and how, it's the entire fucking Russian government. Joe Biden's going to install a Puppet? Putin's friends with Obama and Trump. He's not Hitler.
