But i also literally stopped drinking (cold) tea for that very reason! I drank gallons of it per week, until recently. Tea bags cost a lot of money and taste identical to tap water anyway, so I drink water now instead. I am not making this up. Hot water (with creamer) might even be my next move. I actually considered that when I was searching for a “white” beverage. But both tea and coffee do have some nutritional benefits, like anti oxidants, so I probably won’t eliminate altogether.
