There has been a lot of coverage about both normal and green tea health

As far as flavor, I am not a connoisseur.

I have a preference for Earl Grey with bergamot, and I add a teabag of mint
tea to the brew.  My sister sends me all sorts of flavored teas.  Eg., три
слона (3 elephants) and карпатський (carpathian) brands. The variety she
sends usually contain black tea with tons of dried flowers (e.g.,
coneflower) and berries.  Very tasty.
