With the steady legal and medical objections to other death penalty
methods, I suppose this is a reasonable result.
(WTF = "We can't find a vein!)

This option seems to keep an incentive to those like
Bryan Kohberger deciding to save everyone a lot of
trouble and just plead guilty.

Looks like a M-16,
but fires the same round as a M-14, 7.62.
Fair size, heavy and fast.
But, using a scope at 30 feet seems strange.
