Obama’s inauguration was just a few degrees higher than Trump’s was.  And
the only recent-ish colder one was Reagan’s. 
The good news about Trump’s though, is the WIND. 
25 degrees (for an afternoon HIGH, which means it was in the teens in the
morning) that doesn’t sound so bad, until you add 20mph winds to it, and
then it becomes intolerable. 

I ran yesterday in 25degrees with wind, thought I was gonna die. 
I just ran this morning in 23 degrees no wind, and it felt like springtime
by comparison.
