It would be nice if they used the tax to improve Via Rail across the 
country. But for the time being, since the economy isn't doing very well 
right now, I think it would be better to remove it, especially 
considering people who live in more rural areas rely on driving to get 
to places, thus burning a lot of fossil fuels.
