Sunny Hostin, a far-left co-host of ABC News The View, made numerous false claims on Monday about the pro-Hamas protests that have erupted on college campuses across the country over the last couple of weeks. Hostins remarks come as the anti-Semitic demonstrations have taken over Columbia University, Yale University, Harvard University, Princeton University, and many others. I think we need to shift the framing of these college protests, Hostin said. I think college campuses have been the place for anti-war protests for as far as I can remember. I think recent protests havent even reached the scale of the major student protests that we saw in the late 1960s against the Vietnam War, or even the 1980s against South Africas practice of apartheid. And so I think these are anti-war protests, she claimed. And I think its very distressing, distressing that we are framing these as pro-Palestinian protests or as pro-Israeli protests. These are anti-war protests. At many of the demonstrations, protesters have shown support for designated Foreign Terrorist Organizations (FTO), including Hamas and Hezbollah while others chanted the slogan that appears on ISIS flag. There have also been numerous protests where people have chanted intifada, a call for violent terrorist attack against Israel and its supporters. Few things are more terrifying than euphoric crowds who lose themselves and act like sheep. Ask your refugee neighbors, theyll tell you how it ended for them. pic.twitter.com/0euXPJ7Qj2 Roya Hakakian (@RoyaTheWriter) April 29, 2024 Hostin continued by claiming that a professor at Emory University in Georgia was thrown to the ground simply for asking the police, what are you doing to these peacefully protesting students?' The professor admitted, while in handcuffs, that she impulsively hit [a police officer] on the head very lightly and thats why she was arrested. Staunchly anti-Semitic Sunny Hostin says backs the boycott, divest, and sanction movement against Israel, She claims other such campaigns were successful against apartheid before. She claims the pro-Hamas rallies are just anti-war protests against a humanitarian crisis. pic.twitter.com/cowqQXLb1K Nicholas Fondacaro (@NickFondacaro) April 29, 2024 -- "The sky was low and heavy, like the brow of a retarded child."
