No, means their insurance has to pay off, and any others with similar activities will find it much much harder to obtain asserts, insurance, or financial support as they are now going to be seen as high risk. Which means much less of any budget can actually fund such activities even assuming they can get anything like the revenue Green Peace had. Further, the leadership could now be subject to personal suit for any activities that led to the downfall of green peace.
