I've never seen it happen, but I recall people complaining that just as they've setup their presentation, and people wander into the room just on time for the 10:00, greet people, a few remarks, and then turn down the lights a notch, ... ... everyone gets to see the Windows machine go into a reset/re-start OS update that can't be stopped.
