Criminal Trespass..
Criminal mischief
Damaging personal property

And let's say about $180k to replace windows, lights, etc strip and repaint 
the aircraft. Several hundred thousands for lost use/revenue from that 
aircraft.

yea, they are going to now be poor for the rest of their lives and the court 
will be taking a major bite out of their income for the rest of their lives.

Even if it's water soluble.. you're still potentially looking at 10s of 
thousands in charges at least.
