How would i go about getting a black CSCS managers card. i am already a construction manager and cant be arsed to go through the Not Very Qualified route

How would i go about getting a black CSCS managers card. i am already a construction manager and cant be arsed to go through the Not Very Qualified route(NVQ) i already have a trade blue card but have been a site manager for 10 years
