And if the subject, the context was the weather you'd have
a point. But it's not.

We have a government "Whistleblower" giving testimony before
congress when absolutely everything he said to congress and
the press -- everything he "Leaked" -- was cleared by the
Pentagon PRIOR to his saying it.

       ...which is not at all unlike a mafia "Informant" who
had everything he said pre approved by the mafia...
