No.  I would need to be equally distant from every edge of
the expansion and that is not necessarily the case.

When you talk about quantum mechanics all bets are off.  At
that level all sorts of impossible things seem to happen
simultaneously.

I support:

A Constitional Amendment establishing
the Freedom of Choice.

The elimination of public expression, 
display or support of religion or 
religious positions.
