Congressman Burchett Warns of "Dark Pattern" -- UFO Scientists Dead or Missing (March 2026) [XPOST alt.alien.research]

I came across this story earlier today and felt it was worth sharing 
with both groups. Congressman Tim Burchett's public warning about the 
deaths and disappearances of scientists connected to UAP research is 
something I find both deeply interesting and genuinely disturbing. 
Whether or not these cases are ultimately linked, the pattern he is 
describing -- and the fact that a sitting U.S. Congressman felt 
compelled to publicly state "I'm not suicidal" -- suggests this is not a 
topic that should be dismissed lightly. Make of it what you will, but I 
think it deserves serious attention and discussion.

CONGRESSMAN BURCHETT SOUNDS ALARM OVER DEATHS AND DISAPPEARANCES OF 
SCIENTISTS LINKED TO UAP RESEARCH

Tennessee Congressman Tim Burchett (R), a member of the House Oversight 
Committee investigating UAP reports, has issued a public warning about 
what he calls a "dark" pattern of deaths and disappearances among 
scientists and researchers connected to classified UAP and advanced 
aerospace programs. In remarks that went viral on X (formerly Twitter), 
Burchett stated:

"Something dark is going on. I know these scientists and researchers. 
We've got to get to the bottom of it. It's just too much, too much is 
going on right now -- and by the way, I'm not suicidal."

The cases Burchett is tracking span from approximately June 2025 through 
March 2026. No law enforcement agency has officially linked any of these 
cases to UAP research or Congressional testimony.


CASES OF CONCERN:

Maj. Gen. William Neil McCasland (USAF, Ret.) -- MISSING since Feb. 27, 
2026, six days after President Trump announced the release of UAP files. 
McCasland oversaw the Air Force's $2.2 billion science and technology 
program at Wright-Patterson AFB and was considered one of the military's 
leading experts on UFOs. He was also named in 2016 WikiLeaks emails as 
an advisor to Tom DeLonge's To The Stars Academy. Clothing was found 
near his home. No confirmed sightings since.

Monica Jacinto Reza -- MISSING since June 22, 2025. Aerospace engineer 
and co-inventor of Mondaloy, a patented rocket superalloy developed 
under Air Force programs connected to McCasland. Vanished while hiking 
in the Southwest.

Nuno Loureiro -- MURDERED Dec. 15, 2025. Director of the Plasma Science 
and Fusion Center at MIT, age 47. Shot and killed at his home in 
Brookline, Massachusetts. Reportedly on the verge of a breakthrough in 
nuclear fusion.

Carl Grillmair -- MURDERED Feb. 16, 2026. Caltech astrophysicist, age 
67. Shot on his front porch at 6:00 AM. His research was cited as 
potentially significant for identifying signs of life within 160 
light-years of Earth.

Jason Thomas -- FOUND DEAD March 2026. Had been missing since late 2025. 
Details remain sparse.


ADDITIONAL CONTEXT:

Missouri Congressman Eric Burlison confirmed that both he and UAP 
whistleblower David Grusch had attempted to contact McCasland before his 
disappearance after receiving a tip that the general held significant 
UAP information. All outreach was declined.

Burchett has also stated his belief that NASA is concealing classified 
UAP files and that the U.S. government has been reverse-engineering 
non-human technology.

The U.S. government recently registered the domain aliens.gov, following 
President Trump's February 2026 directive ordering all federal agencies 
to submit records relating to alien/extraterrestrial life, UAPs, and UFOs.

The New York Post has reported that the forthcoming UAP document release 
may include photos and video of non-human craft.
