I am obviously going to read more on this, and it sounds procedural, 

I tried to listen to part of the oral argument on cspan, but I dropped in
late, so it was out of context.

They kept arguing about ahypothetical cllerk who could stop an entire
election

I realize it’s a state (not federal) court, but how is this
unconstitutional in Virginia, but not even questionable in any other
states, especially Florida whose constitution literally says “you can’t do
that”.

Maybe because it was in Tazewell

🚨 BREAKING: The Virginia Supreme Court has overturned the Democrat
gerrymandering referendum, ruling that the process to put in on the ballot
was unconstitutional.

Virginia will keep their 5 Republican districts.
