"I am not a robot" chimes play for over 10 minutes in NJJ
A church just north of Philadelphia began it's chimes at noon like it always does.
But instead of playing it's normal chimes, ot played a sythisized voice done in the chimes style that sang out "I am not a robot! I am not a robot! Fuck you for thinking otherwise! You should be shot! I am not a robot!" repeated over and over again. The new, angry chimes went on until somebody got to the belfry and turned off the electronic chimes.
"our chimes system is amazing, having this kind of capability, but someone who was obviously upset and disgruntled about something reprogrammed the system to send out their angry message".
The church spokesman said that the system was reset back to normal, and that better security measures are now being put in place
"Don't worry, the next chimes will be the usual pleasant ones. We are not allowing this sabotage to happen again."
It's uncertain at this time who reprogrammed the system
