45 was in NC yesterday wielding his big black sharpie - again - as if it possesses some magical powers to transform what it writes in to reality. Without ACA insurance companies will revert back to their pre-ACA bad business practices irregardless of an executive "pretty please": policies that do not actually provide any access to quality health care should they be needed, caps on how much they'll spend on an individual's care, hiding sketchy terms and conditions in the fine print in some back page addendum section of the policy so as to deny coverage if they are not met. Were the ACA not under constant political threat, it would be well on its way to perfection.
