What happened to that Blackburn Radio rant posted by "the girl" and replied to by me? It's gone!
Anyway I just wanted to say that it's probably a good thing that Blackburn didn't sell their radio biz. If the way they handled the sale of their television station (CFPL) is anything to go by all of those turntable monkeys on London Road would be without jobs.
Of course, everyone knows that Walter's pride and joy, by all published accounts anyway, was the London Free Press which they also liquidated. Don't even get me started on the antics of the dimwitted (their word, not mine) Martha.
Mr. Dann never did say why they were looking to sell. Perhaps their stations weren't doing so well and they were looking to cut their losses? Or maybe they were looking to get into more legitimate enterprises like racketeering, prostitution, drugs, and loansharking? I dunno, I can only speculate.

The bottom line is the one thing conspicuously absent from everything I write or say is mention of a girl. There's a good reason for that: there is NO girl that is of even remote interest to me.
You are the one that keeps try to poke some silly girl stick into the spokes of my wheels and I won't have it. I do not like girls and I do not want one... Not even for sex which I also just do not like.
