MY FRIEND IS ACTING DEPRESSED WHEN SHE S NOT
I have this friend I’m really close with. She tends to project her feelings out onto the internet, and if just really pisses me off. She’ll make a post saying: “Hey, I want to kill myself” and when I ask her what happened she leaves me on read. It annoys the hell out of me. If you are seeking for attention, here, I’m bringing it. But leaving me on read wtf. I thought we were close friends you know. Other than that, she acts super depressed, when her life is way better than mine. Yes, I do hear her mother telling her off sometimes on call, but her mom and dad are generally nice people, since I actually have met them on multiple occasions. She cusses at her parents, and constantly pisses them off, only to say that they’re annoying and such. She also keeps telling people to kill her, and that she’s planning on starving herself. That’s completely uncalled for. There are people out there who are actually depressed, actually not happy with their lives because they’re living bad ones. But her? She’s living a great life, in a nice school, with lots of friends and a boyfriend! Why the hell is she so ‘sad’ if she’s living a nice life? I know the boyfriend too btw they’re a nice person, and they’re also one of my best friends. I feel like she should just stop. There are many other people who are sensitive to these kinds of terms, like suicide and depression. It’s not something she should be proud of and flaunting around like it’s a trophy.

When you reach out for help it should be more like "I'm here if you want to talk." Sometimes issues are too personal even to tell close friends about. If she's flaunting suicide is she not already kinda fucked up? Is that a lucky person living a good life flippantly (or maybe not so) joking about killing herself?

That sounds like a toxic 'friendship'. Cut her out of her life, you don't need somebody like that. Hopefuly, she'll get reported and put in the psych ward for a while. With doctors, medication, and locks. Sounds fun, huh? (not)
She'll learn that mental illness is not a fucking game or a joke.
