SUPERVISORS WHY DO YOU
Why do minimum wage supervisors at McDonalds, Walmart, Target, Chili’s, Texas Roadhouse, Frys, Smiths, Ralph’s, Burger King, etc get upset if we change up our uniform just a tiny bit. At McDonald’s where I currently work I often get the “where’s your hat” routine even though I have short hair. I noticed only my supervisors never wore those goofy looking hats. Is this the company’s way of saying “you’re below your supervisor so you gotta wear the hat!” Clearly it’s not a hairnet thing because their hair is way longer and they don’t wear a hat. I rock a buzz cut so do supervisors just like feeling special or what? Do supervisors enforce a silly rule Only because they’d get in trouble for not doing so or do they secretly enjoy being the bossy guy around town for a couple of hours. Do supervisors secretly hate their own circumstances like the rest of his coworkers beneath him/her?
