just got mine today, but leash is a lot shorter than on video. still a very good item and looking forward to being able to take our dog to the local shop, where as before we would not.

Only service dogs should go into grocery stores and stores. Pet dogs are allowed in pet friendly stores, but aren’t allowed where food is served. Dogs also shouldn’t be left outside in a car but you could always take the dog home and then go run errands unless your going to all pet friendly places.
