MY COLLEAGUE IS A SNOWFLAKE ORGANISATION HELL
My compagny has decided we have to create internal training contents on various subjects. We are participating in a volunteer manner. I am in a group of 5 people. They have decided that we have to write the slides together at the same time using a Zoom videoconference rather than splitting the work....which is pretty convenient for people that are not really productive.
We had a meeting this whole morning were we only wrote the agenda of the training, one of my colleague was barely contributing. This afternoon, he complained that we didn't include him. Dude, you are here, if you want to speak, open your mouth!
