Yet another item on a very long list of why I work alone.
People get bitchy, and they backstab, fucking over other people on their way to the top.
The motivation for companies to replace human workers with automation is shifting from "increasing profits/cutting expenses" to "people have become too much of a liability, and we really don't want to get sued into the ground because somebody's feelings got hurt". And this is getting worse now, by the month it seems.
It's getting to the point of being damn near impossible to have any civilized, reasonable interaction with people. It's everyone for themselves.
