Why the fuck do I even get up in the morning? Everything that made life worth living is gone, replaced with dirt and garbage.

The world has been going to hell in a handbasket for a long time. The signs were there. People chose to ignore them. A lot of whats happening is a result og human greed, corruption, and ego. What you described though is just people trying to cope with the horrible state of the world right now. Can you really blame them? Everyone is struggling. There are people who care but they might be dealing with loss, dont know how to help, or might feel powerless to do anything.
