Swill is off his meds - again.  In the cycle, Republicans fix the broken 
economies and piss off the fickle electorate while doing so.  Then come 
Democrats who give away all the surpluses to foreign interests, illegal 
aliens, queers or environmental silliness, then blame Republicans when 
they run out of money and demand to run up more debt.
