rather real-estate-baron style:

  'The Riviera of the Middle East'
  = Divide the real estate for him
or
  = Harm's elevated. Fire the idiot!
He likes that 'You're fired!' thing, so I'm sure he wouldn't take it
personally.

  Thief/idiot/arse marveled:  'Riviera of the Middle East!'
  Riviera of the Middle East = Israel verified that mode.
