Looking at the 'border tsar' sent into Minneapolis to take over where
Bovino left off, I'm stuck at the border with three possible anagrams.
Perhaps one of you could tweak one of them to find a different
possible break in the fence (a few quickies are below these, as a
reward of sorts):

= BLAM! "Guards, 'shoot' means 'oh, drat!' or ..."
