Re: Democrat sex offender Robert Bulk.

The Atchison County Sheriff's Office tells KCTV-5, Robert Bulk was 
charged Friday for crimes involving a teenage boy. KCTV-5 reports 
Bulk, 39, was arrested after Atchison police found electronic 
solicitation of a child and sexual exploitation of a 14-year-old 
boy.

Bulk also faces charges for possession of marijuana and drug 
paraphernalia, KCTV-5 reports. Builk is a computer and technology 
teacher at Atchison Middle School. He also serves as the Co-Chair of 
the Atchison County Democratic Party.

The party issued a statement Sunday, calling for Bulk's resignation 
until the matter is resolved in court. That statement is as follows:

In view of the charges brought against Robert Bulk, the Kansas 
Democratic Party has asked Mr. Bulk to immediately resign as Co-
Chair of the Atchison County Democratic Party, turning over all of 
his responsibilities to his Co-Chair until this matter is resolved 
in court. .
