It creates an entire set of constitutional protection for the person. Life, liberty and property would require due process before they can be taken, obstructed or confiscated. The USSC will end up hearing the case and they will have to decide why a fetus isn't a person and explain it if they want to keep abortion legal in Tennessee. The problem won't be a simple you don't have the standing or the powers since they do and the USSC past abortion rulings confirms they don't have the power to declare the embryo/fetus that is human life to be a person.
