The small piece on Jung and 'the shadow' was good to read. I guess 
perhaps the collective version of this would account for the murderous 
behavior of the state of Israel in Gaza. Like or dislike the 
Palestinains there is no denying what has happened there. The collective 
shadow of the western world needs to be dealt with, as per your article.

Of course, there plenty of other crap too that is due to the 
individual's reluctance to engage with their shadow. Drugs, Corruption, 
the mass-prevalence of porn etc.
