The latter two are censored and limited now.  The maintainer got
suckered by some trolls who invaded a conservative group and are
doing their best to turn it into a Trump-hating shithole. 

Instead of following anonymous tradition, doing some research on the
complainers, telling them to suck it up and use killfiles, look who
lubed up and dropped their pants for the actual real problem posters. 

We know who the post narcs are.  They haven't changed their habits in 20+ 
years.  There used to be multiple news admins who knew who they were and 
essentially just told them to fuck off.  Those admins have since retired 
or passed away.

One or two of the narcs are on death's doorstep.  It's just a matter 
of weeks before at least one of them keels over and Usenet will be 
the better for it.
