That isn't RACISM, because RACISM isn't a crime, and in fact can't be enumerated into a law anymore than pornography can be enumerated as a crime ansd why the Supreme Court Justices said that they'd know pornography when they see it, but yet there is no actual porn. Racism is used like porn (since porn is no longer used as an ambiguous crime) of I know it when I see it. Porn is openly accepted, and only crimes Agosto children are are a hard line in writing because AGE is not ambiguous.
