If you remember they had some NATIONAL troops in the hot spots for a short time to take up some slack... but once we were past that it was all unnecessary to "LOCK DOWN" any place that wasn't seeing an overwhelming speed of infection. It's NOT just rate but also the time from infection to infection so it's time and volume NOT simply volume. A slow moving infection rate is less likely to overwhelm medical faciulities and that the ONLY reason to even consider a LOCK DOWN. And since it's an admission of failed policy to LOCK DOWN and admit that the LEADERS have failed to promote suffecient medical facilities for their local population, Democrats locking down are admiting their own failed policies are the reasons for their locking down their cities an States. -- *That's Karma* Democrat leaders are using the scorched earth policy in all their Democrat run Cities/States as they fail due to decades of Democrats in power.
