Use of the words PRIVILEGED and RACIST is prejudicial and hateful and it promotes Marxist-DEMOCRATS FRACTIONAL SLAVERY. Religion isn't equal, you may equally believe in any religion you want so long as it doesn't violate the RIGHTS of other people like the RIGHTS to LIFE, LIBERTY and PROPERTY. Amendment V *No person shall be* held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor *be deprived of life, liberty, or property* , *without due process of law* ; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation. *Due process* meaning without it first being proven in a court that the Constitution will support such a deprivation of their RIGHTS. That last part *nor shall private property be taken for public use* , without just compensation* Has to be looked at when GOVERNMENT is taxing people and taking away their property which might be LABOR or food or a house or a car or even cash which is a more liquid asset, it's all property. Where does the Government get the power to violate that clause of Amendment 5? When they take money ad cars and houses and labor and cash, and then gives it to an individual person as a subsidy or welfare? It was taken without just compensation. And the government may have the power to tax, but they don't have the power to spend it on anything except PUBLIC USE. To spend tax dollars on something other than PUBLIC USE means that they would have to be using the money/LABOR that the government extracts from our paychecks for INDIVIDUAL USE without that money being compensated? That makes welfare and subsidized programs for individuals a fraud against Americans. -- *That's Karma* Democrat leaders are using the scorched earth policy in all their Democrat run Cities/States as they fail due to decades of Democrats in power. Now they want to use the Chinese Virus to get Federal bail out money by bankrupting all the businesses in their Democrat run cities.
