Confessions are tossed out by judges all the time... A plea deal
subverts JUSTICE and there should always be a trial to get to the truth
And if Flynn is convicted he will file an appeal with the court but why
go through that, when we can already see that the JUDGE is a political
hack.
The appeals court has now caused this to go to a new trial in an appeals
court over the coerced GUILTY PLEA which is the same as a coerced
Confession. It's what DIRTY COPS DO. They force an innocent person
into confessing.
And the Obama FBI was filled with DIRTY COPS. Is that Irony or what?
