And yet, it's the heavily Black populated inner cities where DEMOCRATS
are making laws and DEMOCRATS ARE JUDGES and they have DEMOCRAT
PROSECUTORS and DEMOCRAT RUN POLICE DEPARTMENTS with DEMOCRAT UNIONS and
they're all appointed and made legal by DEMOCRAT MAYORS and CITY COUNCIL
MEMBERS in STATES where the DEMOCRATS have been running things for DECADES.

Why is that?

points to a problem and then fails to explain how they can say it's
racism without any actual proof of racism.  NUMBERS aren't racist.

Are the BLACK CRIMINALS REPEAT OFFENDERS wile the whites are NOT because
they have a 3 strikes law that doesn't really mandate prison until they
have been arrested and charged with 3 FELONIES.  And if that is the
cause of the racial inequity inside the prisons, then that would point
to the Black criminals being more career criminals and being unable to
learn that crime is NOT acceptable behavior.    And that points to those
Democrat run cities as having failed in the EDUCATIONS of the BLACK
children and having created and enforcing DEMOCRAT PARTY laws and
customs and norms that don't promote law abiding citizens.  Which means
that if it is a systemic problem then the problems were created BY
DEMOCRATS. BECAUSE the BLACKS aren't all in FEDERAL PRISONS.  They are
in prisons for local and State laws that they violated.  But NOT putting
them in prison sees the crime rates rise doesn't it? Did Harvard
geniuses tell you why that is?

really very smart are they?  I'm NO GENIUS and I poked holes in this
FAKE STUDY that was pushed by MARXIST ACADEMIA and the media as being of
value when it's obviously filled with bullshit lies and half truths.

The STUDY is RACIALLY BIASED NOT THE POLICE.

The police are reactive the STUDY was proactive and looking for someone
to blame, the police would stay in the doughnut shop if they didn't get
calls from people reporting crimes. Police don't go looking for black
people to search because they enjoy it.
