The idea is to stop the RIOTS.... Without funding for the city to steal from police by de-funding them, the city will lose all those ANARCHIST and Marxist chaos producing programs they wanted to fund. The money from the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT was intended for police so when they cut police funding then naturally the Federal Government has to assume that they didn't need the Federal money and the first thing the city would be cutting is the BURDEN they're putting on the American tax payers NOT in the city and are in the other 49 States. Why do all of us need to replace billions that the city takes from the police just so the city can throw it down a rat-hole of a social program that has NOTHING to do with actually catching criminals and making the CITY TAX PAYERS MORE SAFE. It's *MONEY LAUNDERING BY THE DEMOCRAT RUN CITIES* -- That's Karma *Mama'says* 32 - Being a Democrat means, never knowing that, "you" are your own worst enemy.
