But why did you switch from cities to states... the cities are the ones
named.

Oh the statistics don't pan-out for you, the nuggets of truth didn't fit
your scenario so you moved the goal posts didn't you?

and last years data isn't really pertinent why NOT use this weeks or
this months?

Why shop for old data that fits some scenario that we aren't looking
at.....?  Cities where the MURDER IS SKYROCKETING should be looked at
for Radicalized terrorist activity driving up murder rates but lets also
look at over all violence, death is just one kind of violence and
shooting's is a tiny sliver of the violence.  Rural areas are likely to
have fewer police and people tend to solve their own problems but cities
have loads of police and I thought it was the police killing black men
that was the focus of the ANARCHIST ANTIFA and MARXISTS who want to burn
down the nation so they can start a new Communist/Marxist Autonomous
Zone after the CIVIL WAR they start has destroyed everything. SO how
many BLACK MEN WERE KILLED BY POLICE "VIOLENCE"?

The reason for de-funding the CITY is that the city is de-funding their
police and the money from the Federal Government is by the CONSTITUTION
and law designated to "pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence
and general Welfare of the United States;" what is part of the GENERAL
WELFARE of the people is served by the CITY taking money away from the
police and expecting the Feds to keep giving money to the police, the
CITY is designating the police as bad for GENERAL WELFARE of the PUBLIC
so the Federal Government obviously can't continue to send money to the
police that the CITY refuses to support financially.  And this filters
down to other CITY programs that the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT pays into with
matching funds or any kind of financial grants or outside support.
