FIRST POINT: the money can be returned if they're using it LEGALLY....

SECOND:
 You do know that the Feds tax money from HIGH INCOME people and
redistribute it to low income people and that, that money isn't
used/returned to the WEALTHY for them, since it was redistributed to
whom ever the government deemed as needing it more.


Why would they return the money when, the constitution says....

Amendment XVI
The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from
whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States,
and without regard to any census or enumeration.

Are "YOU" suggesting we repeal the entire 16th Amendment?
