Which is of course the reason we have a Constitution that take 3/4 of
the States to ratify any changes.
Because the electorate in a FREE Democratic TYPE of NATION can be very
feckless and fickle.... and the Constitution keeps the STUPID and
EMOTIONAL (DEMOCRATS) from overpowering the sane and reasoned and
responsible.
