That never works. Like solar and wind... that Marxist-Democrats try to make into a one size fits all, but the truth is that in the city the grid is probably more efficient, while out in the country the better idea is probably the personal solar/wind and personal well/septic rather than trying to lay electric and sewer/water lines over large areas of low population, the same with communications. Cell phones work for personal but NOT so much for a large single building based business where a connection to the communications grid called the internet can be installed. One size/type doesn't fit every situation.
